About TGLiveChat
We built a live chat widget that sends messages to Telegram instead of yet another dashboard you'll forget to check.
How this started
Picture this. You run a small business. You install a live chat widget because everyone says you should. Now you have another tab open. Another app sending notifications. Another login to remember.
You're already juggling email, WhatsApp, your project management tool, and whatever other apps your workflow demands. The live chat dashboard becomes tab number fifteen. You check it twice a day if you're disciplined. Most days, you forget.
Meanwhile, a potential customer typed "hey, do you ship to Canada?" three hours ago. They've already bought from your competitor.
The thing is, there's one app you actually never close. Telegram. It's on your phone, your desktop, your tablet. You reply to Telegram messages while waiting for coffee. While in line at the grocery store. It's just... always there.
So the idea was embarrassingly simple: what if the live chat widget just sent messages to Telegram? No new dashboard. No new app. No new notification stream to manage. Your visitor types a message, you get a Telegram notification, you reply from Telegram. Done.
That's TGLiveChat. The whole pitch fits in two sentences.
One app. One notification stream.
Most live chat tools want to become your entire customer support platform. They add ticketing, CRM, knowledge bases, AI bots, and seventeen integrations you'll never configure.
We think that's backwards. You don't need another platform. You need your existing workflow to handle one more input. Telegram already does notifications, message history, file sharing, group chats, and it works on every device you own.
So we built the thinnest possible bridge between your website visitor and your Telegram. No bloat. No feature creep. No "you should upgrade to unlock this basic thing."
We're not building the next Intercom. We're building the thing that makes you not need Intercom.
By the numbers
What's under the hood
If you're the kind of person who reads the ingredients label, here's what TGLiveChat is made of.
The chat widget loads inside a Shadow DOM so it won't mess with your site's styles. It's under 10KB gzipped. Your visitors won't even notice it loaded.
What we believe
Privacy first
We don't track your visitors. No analytics cookies, no fingerprinting, no selling data to advertisers. The widget connects your visitor to you. That's it.
Simplicity over features
We'd rather do three things really well than fifteen things badly. Every feature earns its place or gets cut.
No vendor lock-in
Your conversations live in your Telegram. If you leave TGLiveChat tomorrow, your chat history stays with you. We don't hold your data hostage.
Open pricing
No hidden fees. No surprise charges. No 'contact sales for enterprise pricing' nonsense. You see what you pay before you pay it.
Say hello
Got a question? Feature request? Found a bug? Just want to tell us your dog's name? We read every message. Usually reply within a few hours (from Telegram, obviously).

We'll get back to you before you forget you sent it.
