How this is measured
The server checks its own database, the Telegram Bot API, its WebSocket listener and the widget loader at the CDN once a minute and writes the result down. A day is green at 99.9% or better, amber above 99%, red below that. Days are UTC.
The honest limit of self-monitoring: when the server is not running, nothing is written. A gap of more than three minutes between checks is counted as API downtime for the missing minutes, and only the API, since nothing was observed about the other parts. A restart on deploy takes under a minute and is not counted.
