Refund Policy

TL;DR

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund on any paid plan or the Lifetime deal. Email us, we process it. No forms, no interrogation, no nonsense.

1. The Guarantee

All paid plans — Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, Agency Monthly, Agency Yearly, and the Lifetime deal — come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you purchase a plan and decide within 14 days that it's not right for you, we will refund you in full.

The 14-day window starts from the date of your original purchase, not the date you first log in or activate the widget. If day 14 falls on a weekend, we'll still honor a request sent on Monday.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@tglivechat.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address you used to sign up. That's it. You don't need to explain yourself, justify the decision, or fill out a form.

If you want to tell us what went wrong, we're always listening — but it's completely optional. Feedback helps us build a better product. Silence is also fine.

3. Processing Time

We process refund requests within 1–3 business days. Once we initiate the refund through Creem.io, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your card depending on your bank. We'll email you once the refund has been issued.

4. After a Refund

When a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You'll keep access to 1 widget with the Free plan limits. Widgets beyond the Free plan limit will be deactivated but not deleted — your data stays safe.

You're welcome to re-subscribe at any time. If you re-subscribe within 14 days of your original purchase date, you will not be eligible for a second refund on the same plan tier.

5. What Is Not Refundable

Refund requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date are not eligible. We also don't offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle on monthly or yearly plans — you have the full 14-day window at the start of each purchase.

If your account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund.
