How long until I hear back?

Usually within a few hours on weekdays. We're a small team but we read every message the moment it comes in — on Telegram, naturally, which is the same product our customers use. Weekends are a bit slower but we still check daily.

I found a security issue. Where do I report it?

Email [email protected] directly. Don't post details publicly before we've had a chance to investigate. We take security seriously and respond within 24 hours. If it's a valid vulnerability, we'll credit you publicly — or keep it private, your call.

I want a refund. How does that work?

Use the form above and select "Billing or pricing" as the subject. We handle refund requests case by case — there's no automated rejection system here. Explain what happened and we'll sort it out directly.
